The event was perfect. I couldn't have been happier. The planning was great with Michael handling all of the details. The servers, Nicole and Shay, were very attentive and met everyone's needs throughout the entire time of our event. The food was very good and there was plenty of it. Ashley came out and spoke with me and answered some of my questions, I enjoyed talking with her, she is great. I would recommend you and your team to anyone who is planning an event. We booked a private party at Blackhawk Grille a few weeks ago and I cannot rave enough about the service and seamless planning process. From inception, Michael Roberts (sales manager) was courteous, informative and most of all extremely prompt and responsive. I have planned many events for several years and this one really was so easy. It was also very important as we were celebrating my birthday but also a surprise gender reveal! Room setup was great and all our guests enjoyed the food. Service was truly the star of the evening with Tarrah and Nick. Since we selected the open bar option, Tarrah and Nick were tasked with not only food service but individual drink service as well (and my crowd can certainly drink!). Service was seamless and fast. Both are rock stars in my book taking care of almost 40 people nonstop, friendly as can be and efficient service. They also felt like part of our group of family and friends and were just as excited as we were about the gender reveal! We recently hosted a private event with 90 guests and were absolutely THRILLED with the QUALITY OF SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY and which greeted us by Management and the entire staff. The service was exceptional and seamless and exceeded our expectations! We were in most, impressed by how attentive, courteous and efficient the kitchen and the servers were in spite of the size of our party!
